Compliance Specialist II

RELX is hiring a Compliance Specialist II in Medford, Middlesex County. As part of LexisNexis Risk Solutions, you'll play a key role in ensuring regulatory adherence and supporting the compliance operations that protect our organization and serve our clients.

About the Role

As Compliance Specialist II, you'll work within our Risk Solutions division, where compliance frameworks and regulatory oversight are central to our mission. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in regulatory requirements while supporting a team dedicated to helping organizations manage risk effectively.

What You'll Do

• Monitor regulatory requirements and assess organizational compliance with applicable laws and standards
• Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect current regulations
• Assist with internal and external compliance audits and assessments
• Support the development and implementation of compliance controls and processes
• Maintain compliance tracking systems and generate regulatory reports
• Communicate compliance requirements and updates to stakeholders across the organization
• Research regulatory changes and evaluate their impact on business operations
• Provide support for compliance-related inquiries and escalations

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of compliance, risk management, audit, or related regulatory experience
• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory environments
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex regulatory materials
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into operational procedures
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn compliance systems
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance integrity
