About the Role

As a Relationship Banker at JPMorgan Chase, you are the frontline representative of our brand, dedicated to making every client interaction count. This full-time role in Stratham combines client service excellence with relationship-building fundamentals, positioning you as a trusted financial advisor for individuals and families in Rockingham County. You'll leverage modern banking technology and product knowledge to address client needs while fostering the trust and confidence that define Chase banking relationships.

What You'll Do

• Greet clients and assess their financial goals, recommending tailored banking products and services
• Open deposit and credit accounts, process transactions, and manage account maintenance
• Educate clients on Chase products including checking, savings, investment, and loan options
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through cross-selling and financial planning conversations
• Meet sales and service objectives while maintaining compliance with banking regulations
• Assist with loan applications and coordinate referrals to specialized lending teams when needed
• Ensure clients feel welcomed, valued, and confident in our Stratham branch

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or a college degree preferred
• Proven customer service or sales experience in a financial or retail environment
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients
• Proficiency with basic math and comfort learning banking software systems
• Willingness to comply with background screening and regulatory requirements
• Availability to work branch hours, which may include some Saturdays
