Accounts Payable & Accounting Operations Specialist

TCWGlobal is hiring an Accounts Payable & Accounting Operations Specialist in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. This full-time position is on-site and available as a 3–6 month contract-to-hire opportunity based on performance.

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support our finance operations in Sunnyvale, California. Working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with schedule flexibility, you'll bring your accounts payable expertise to our team and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Support day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with invoice processing, payment preparation, and account coding
• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to address accounting questions
• Support month-end and year-end close processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounting operations, or related finance roles
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
• Local candidates in the Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County area (on-site required)

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive pay range of $38–$45 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits. Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility on start and end times.
