In this full-time position, you'll manage high-value client accounts, deploy technology-driven solutions that enhance firm performance, and drive profitable growth within your designated territory.

About the Role

As a Large Law Markets Client Manager at LexisNexis, you'll serve as the primary relationship leader for complex, high-stakes accounts. You'll be responsible for understanding each client's strategic priorities, identifying opportunities to maximize value through our technology solutions, and ensuring successful long-term partnerships that grow with the firm.

What You'll Do

  • Build and strengthen key relationships with managing partners and principal decision-makers at major law firms
  • Own full account responsibility, from initial engagement through ongoing support and expansion
  • Assess firm challenges and recommend LexisNexis solutions that improve efficiency, profitability, and client outcomes
  • Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure successful product adoption and client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Meet or exceed territory growth targets while maintaining strong client retention

What We're Looking For

  • Current residence in Washington or Oregon (required)
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise relationship management or B2B account management
  • Deep understanding of large law firm operations and technology buying decisions
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts and close significant business opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic mindset with drive to build long-term client partnerships and achieve growth targets
