Aerotek is hiring a full-time Site Lead - Traveling Conveyor Install in Atlanta, Fulton County to lead installation crews and oversee conveyor system deployments at major distribution centers nationwide. About the Role

As a Site Lead for traveling conveyor installation, you'll direct the deployment of complex material handling systems at distribution centers and warehouses across the nation. This full-time position combines hands-on technical work with crew leadership, requiring you to travel to active project sites, manage schedules, and ensure installation quality meets client specifications and safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead installation crews and coordinate daily activities at active job sites
• Oversee conveyor and material handling system setup, assembly, and testing
• Manage project timelines and ensure work meets quality and safety benchmarks
• Communicate project status and technical requirements with clients and internal teams
• Mentor crew members and maintain a safety-first work culture
• Troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to site-specific installation challenges

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in conveyor installation or material handling systems
• Proven track record leading crews and coordinating field operations
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting expertise
• Comfort traveling nationally on an ongoing basis
• Willingness to perform hands-on work alongside crew members
• Clear communication and problem-solving skills
• Current valid driver's license and clean driving record

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers $33–$37 per hour based on experience, with overtime opportunities, per diem ($60 daily), and fully covered travel expenses. You'll receive paid travel time and comprehensive support on every project site.
