Field Events Coordinator (Hillsborough County)

Greenbrook Medical seeks a Field Events Coordinator to manage community engagement operations in Hillsborough County. As a full-time coordinator, you'll oversee the planning and execution of outreach events that connect our healthcare team with brokers, partners, and seniors throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Manage event operations from conception through completion: booking venues, arranging logistics, coordinating setup and breakdown, and handling all materials across Hillsborough County
• Develop and maintain an active schedule of community events, identifying and activating new tabletop opportunities to sustain consistent regional presence
• Oversee inventory of promotional materials, branded collateral, display equipment, and event signage to ensure readiness and brand consistency
• Track every event in HubSpot with attendance figures, lead information, and outcomes to assess regional performance and inform strategy improvements
• Partner with Broker Relations Liaisons, handling operational execution that lets them focus on cultivating relationships
• Attend events in person to manage setup, solve real-time issues, and ensure professional representation of Greenbrook Medical and our Tampa General Hospital partnership
• Demonstrate resourcefulness when logistics change or unexpected challenges emerge

The Position

This is a hybrid, full-time role based in Hillsborough County with significant travel throughout the region for community events. You'll work non-standard hours regularly, including evenings and occasional weekends. Reporting to the Director of Market Growth, you'll be measured on maintaining consistent community presence, executing polished events, tracking outcomes in HubSpot, and contributing to measurable broker engagement and patient acquisition.

About You

• You bring 1–3 years of professional experience in events, field marketing, community relations, hospitality, or comparable operational environments
• You're highly organized and capable of juggling multiple events across different planning phases
• You're willing to get your hands dirty—setting up in heat, managing logistics on the ground, and tackling physical aspects of event execution
• You communicate effectively in writing and conversation, representing organizations with polish in broker offices and community settings
• You work independently, exercise sound judgment in the field, and require minimal supervision
• You bring ownership, energy, precision, and receptiveness to feedback
• CRM familiarity is valuable; healthcare or senior-care experience is a plus; college degree preferred but not required

Compensation

Full-time position: $50,000–$60,000 base salary, with adjustments based on your professional background, plus performance bonuses tied to regional outcomes. Benefits include paid time off, health, dental and vision coverage, and 401(k) matching.
