Maintenance Utility Worker – UniFirst

Join UniFirst's Maintenance Department as a Maintenance Utility Worker in our Guasti, San Bernardino County facility. This is a full-time position where you'll keep our operations running smoothly by maintaining essential building systems and equipment that support the entire location.

About the Role

UniFirst is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Utility Worker to become part of a team that takes pride in keeping our facility in excellent working condition. In this hands-on position, you'll perform routine maintenance, respond to equipment issues, and help ensure our building systems operate safely and efficiently every day.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily inspections of building systems, equipment, and facility grounds to identify maintenance needs
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and mechanical systems
• Assist with repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and other facility infrastructure
• Monitor equipment operation and troubleshoot basic mechanical problems
• Keep detailed maintenance logs and report issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols
• Support facility operations by responding promptly to maintenance requests

• Prior maintenance or facility experience is helpful but not required
