Pricing Analyst IV-Change Order & Modifications

Amentum seeks a Pricing Analyst IV specializing in Change Order & Modifications for our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County office. This full-time position plays a key role in analyzing complex cost implications of contract changes and modifications for our engineering and technology solutions.

About the Role

As a Pricing Analyst IV focused on change orders and modifications, you'll evaluate financial impacts of contract changes, prepare detailed cost analyses, and support strategic pricing decisions for complex engineering and technology projects. This senior-level analytical position requires both technical expertise and strong business acumen.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate cost proposals for change orders and contract modifications
• Prepare comprehensive cost and pricing analyses to support business and technical decisions
• Review change order documentation and ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with project teams, engineering departments, and finance to assess financial impacts
• Develop pricing recommendations based on detailed cost modeling and market analysis
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all change order analyses and decisions
• Support proposal development and cost estimation for new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in pricing analysis, cost analysis, or related financial role
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing change orders, contract modifications, and cost implications
• Strong proficiency with financial modeling, spreadsheet analysis, and cost estimation tools
• Knowledge of government contracting, FAR regulations, or defense contracting preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
