About the Role

As an Asset Protection Specialist, you'll lead efforts to minimize financial loss caused by theft, fraud, and operational vulnerabilities across your assigned location(s). You'll work within our loss prevention framework, using available monitoring technology and investigative tools to identify risks, document incidents, and support our commitment to a safe, secure shopping and working environment.

What You'll Do

• Investigate suspected theft and fraud incidents using available evidence and documentation methods
• Review surveillance footage and loss reports to identify patterns, high-risk areas, and unauthorized activity
• Collaborate with store leadership and loss prevention teams to develop and implement loss reduction strategies
• Support compliance with safety and environmental regulations and company policies
• Monitor inventory exceptions and conduct audits to flag discrepancies
• Educate team members on loss prevention practices and security protocols
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations
