• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility
• Collaborate with business development, project teams, and leadership to translate technical expertise into accessible, engaging content
• Monitor website analytics and content performance; refine strategy based on user behavior and conversion data
• Support marketing campaigns with digital assets, case study content, and thought leadership materials
• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and messaging across all digital properties

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience writing marketing and website content, ideally in professional services, construction, or B2B industries
• Strong SEO knowledge and familiarity with content management systems
• Ability to translate complex industry concepts into clear, persuasive messaging
• Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
