Northern Staffing Services is seeking full-time 1st and 2nd Shift Chocolate Production Associates in Petoskey, Emmet County to join our candy and chocolate production team. This position offers consistent work and a supportive environment.
About the Role
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to work on our production team. This full-time position offers two shift options and the kind of consistent scheduling many people are seeking.
What You'll Do
- Operate equipment to manufacture candy and chocolate products
- Follow established procedures and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with your team to meet daily manufacturing goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Support team members and contribute to a positive workplace
Shift Schedule & Compensation
1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday at $18.00 per hour
2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm at $19.50 per hour
All employees receive a $500 bonus after 90 days of employment.
