What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and thoroughly understand their tire and service needs through attentive conversation
• Recommend appropriate tire products, brands, and maintenance services based on vehicle type and budget
• Collect and organize customer and vehicle information for accurate service execution
• Schedule appointments efficiently and communicate timing and details with customers
• Complete sales transactions, paperwork, and service orders with precision
• Contact customers following service completion to confirm satisfaction and encourage return business
• Work collaboratively with service technicians to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Maintain professionalism and contribute to a welcoming retail environment
