Good Samaritan is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Care Leader for SF Village, our senior living community located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. About the Role
This full-time RN Clinical Care Leader position offers the opportunity to guide clinical operations and nursing excellence. Working day shifts on a 40-hour weekly schedule, you'll provide clinical leadership that ensures quality senior care and supports our nursing team in delivering person-centered care to our residents.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver excellent, compassionate resident care
- Oversee clinical quality standards and care protocols within the community
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to address resident health and wellness needs
- Support nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents
- Foster a safe, supportive environment reflecting our organizational values and commitment to senior dignity
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota
- Professional experience in senior care, nursing, or related clinical settings
- Demonstrated leadership ability and strong team collaboration skills
- Dedication to quality care and the wellbeing of older adults
