Off Premise – Sales Account Manager Wine

Reyes Holdings is hiring an Off Premise Sales Account Manager for Wine in Fairfax, Fairfax County, Virginia. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, vehicle reimbursement, and the opportunity to build and manage grocery chain relationships across Northern Virginia's premium wine distribution network.

About the Role

As an Off Premise Sales Account Manager specializing in wine, you'll represent Reyes Holdings' complete wine portfolio to grocery chains and independent retailers throughout the Northern Virginia region, including Fairfax, Falls Church, McLean, Reston, and Vienna. You'll work a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends off, giving you a stable work-life balance while driving sales growth in a dynamic market.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with grocery chain buyers and key decision-makers
• Present and promote Reyes Holdings' wine selection, educating retailers on product features, margins, and market demand
• Develop territory strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and revenue targets
• Conduct regular account visits, manage inventory levels, and troubleshoot account challenges
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries and account satisfaction
• Report sales performance, market insights, and competitive intelligence to management

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily territory travel
• Proven sales experience in wholesale, distribution, or account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
• Knowledge of wine, beverages, or consumer goods is a plus

What We Offer

• Annual salary between $50,000 and $75,000, based on route and experience
