ONE Gas is hiring a Foreman, P&M in Thorntonville, Ward County to lead field operations and maintenance teams in the natural gas distribution industry. This full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee crew members and ensure reliable gas delivery infrastructure in the region.

About the Role

As a Foreman, P&M with ONE Gas, you'll manage daily field operations and maintenance activities across our natural gas distribution network serving the Thorntonville area. You'll supervise crew members, coordinate maintenance projects, and ensure work meets rigorous safety and quality standards while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and direct production and maintenance crew members during field operations and projects
• Ensure all work adheres to ONE Gas safety standards, OSHA compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Inspect equipment, pipeline infrastructure, and completed work to verify quality and safety standards
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities and assignments
• Maintain accurate records of crew work, time tracking, and project completion
• Train and develop team members to build technical skills and safety awareness
• Report project progress, identify resource needs, and communicate challenges to management

What We're Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience in natural gas distribution, pipeline maintenance, or utility operations
• Strong knowledge of gas industry safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills managing field teams
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, work orders, and safety procedures
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within service territory
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; ONE Gas does not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
