About the Role

What You'll Do
- Develop, document, and maintain quality management systems and procedures
- Conduct process audits and identify opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with teams to implement process changes and measure their effectiveness
- Train staff on quality procedures and process protocols
- Track key performance metrics and report on quality outcomes
- Recommend and oversee corrective and preventive actions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in quality assurance, systems management, or process improvement
- Strong knowledge of quality management frameworks (ISO standards, lean, six sigma, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex processes clearly to diverse teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with process documentation and quality management software
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, quality management, or related field preferred
