As Principal, you will provide visionary instructional and operational leadership for your school building. • Develop and implement instructional strategies that meet diverse student needs and align with district goals
• Supervise staff performance, conduct evaluations, and support professional growth
• Manage budget and resources efficiently to maximize student outcomes
• Build strong partnerships with families, community members, and local stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations
• Create an inclusive, safe school climate that values every student
• Mentor and support teachers in continuous instructional improvement

What We're Looking For

• Alaska Principal K–12 certification or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in school leadership or administrative roles
• Strong commitment to serving rural and diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience building collaborative, inclusive school communities
• Ability to thrive in a remote, close-knit community setting
