Dolphin Hotel Management is hiring a full-time Rest1 Busser at our Saint Pete Beach location in Pinellas County. If you take pride in keeping a dining room running smoothly and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, we'd like to meet you.
Position Summary
As a Busser with Dolphin Hotel Management, you'll be the backbone of our dining service operation at our Saint Pete Beach restaurant. Working under the Sloppy Joe's Manager, you'll ensure our guests enjoy a clean, organized, and efficient dining experience while supporting your server and kitchen teams with the pace and professionalism they need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Greet guests warmly as they're seated and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor throughout their visit
- Clear, reset, and set tables quickly and attentively between seatings
- Keep the dining room clean, organized, and free of clutter
- Respond promptly to guest and staff requests, troubleshooting minor issues on the spot
- Stock and maintain dining supplies, glassware, and utensils throughout your shift
- Support kitchen and server teams by removing plates, managing bussing stations, and keeping the service flow moving
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in all areas you service
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer service attitude with genuine interest in guest satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Team player mentality—you communicate well with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
