Data Center Construction Project Manager

Worldwide Mission Critical LLC seeks an experienced Data Center Construction Project Manager to join our team in Brandon, Rankin County. In this full-time position, you'll oversee mission-critical projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of complex data center infrastructure.

Role Overview

As a Data Center Construction Project Manager at Worldwide Mission Critical LLC, you'll lead the development and execution of data center construction initiatives. Working for a global owner's representation and project management firm, you'll direct teams across design, planning, and execution phases. Your expertise will ensure projects meet schedule and budget targets while maintaining the quality standards essential to mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource requirements from project inception through handover
• Coordinate construction activities with contractors, engineers, and specialized subcontractors
• Monitor performance metrics against milestones and financial targets, adjusting as needed
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to maintain schedule and budget adherence
• Ensure all work meets regulatory standards, building codes, and data center industry requirements
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and clients throughout delivery
• Conduct quality inspections and address construction issues to maintain project integrity

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience managing construction projects, particularly in data center or mission-critical infrastructure sectors
• Proficiency with construction scheduling, estimating software, and project management platforms
• Demonstrated capability to manage concurrent projects without compromising quality or timeline
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with proven stakeholder engagement skills
• Results-oriented approach with meticulous attention to detail and deadline management
• Professional project management credential (PMP, CCM, or similar) strongly preferred
• Availability to work on-site in Brandon, Rankin County
