Spartronics LLC is hiring a full-time Quality Technician in Plaistow, Rockingham County to inspect, test, and verify manufacturing precision in aerospace, defense, and advanced technology components. This on-site position in our Plaistow facility features a structured schedule with Friday afternoons off—supporting better work-life balance while maintaining the exacting quality standards that critical industries depend on.
About the Role
In this Quality Technician role, you'll be the guardian of manufacturing excellence, ensuring every product meets the rigorous specifications required by aerospace, defense, and mission-critical customers. Working in our Plaistow production environment, you'll perform hands-on inspections, testing, and measurement to catch defects early and support continuous quality improvement across our operations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct detailed inspections and functional testing of manufactured components and assemblies
- Use precision measurement tools—micrometers, calipers, gauges—to verify parts against engineering specifications
- Document inspection results, quality metrics, and defect data in our tracking systems
- Flag non-conforming parts and communicate quality issues to production and engineering teams
- Support root-cause investigations and participate in corrective action processes
- Contribute to process improvements and defect-reduction initiatives
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Prior experience in quality control, inspection, or manufacturing quality
- Hands-on proficiency with measurement instruments and quality control equipment
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for Monday–Thursday 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
