As a Call Center Dispatcher for Southern Tire Mart, you'll be the vital link between customers seeking tire services, roadside assistance, and our network of service facilities. You'll handle a high volume of inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring every customer receives accurate guidance and prompt support. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and determines how quickly we can mobilize help when customers need it most.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers seeking tire services and roadside assistance
• Listen carefully to customer needs and provide accurate details about available products, services, store locations, and emergency response capabilities
• Document customer information, service requests, and special instructions in our dispatch system
• Coordinate service dispatch with regional service teams and facilities to ensure rapid response
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with all customers throughout every interaction
• Track service requests and follow up on customer needs as required

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, call center operations, or similar customer-facing role
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn our dispatch software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively during high call volume
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
