As a Receptionist for our State Farm Agent team in Sugar Land, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and colleagues. This role centers on creating a welcoming, organized front-office environment where customers feel valued and supported. You'll manage the rhythm of our agency through thoughtful communication, coordinated scheduling, and attentive service—ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional insurance guidance and personal care.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet clients, answer phones, and direct calls to the appropriate team member
• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the State Farm Agent and team
• Handle customer inquiries about insurance policies, quotes, and service options

• Process new customer paperwork and policy documentation

Requirements
