The Opportunity

You'll play a direct role in expanding our customer base and deepening existing relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance inquiries and policy questions related to auto, home, and life coverage
• Support the agent in conducting needs assessments and creating customized insurance solutions
• Process policy applications, renewals, and changes in compliance with State Farm standards
• Maintain detailed customer records and follow up on potential leads
• Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Contribute to team goals and participate in community outreach activities
