Commercial Account Manager

LangChain is hiring a Commercial Account Manager to grow customer relationships and drive revenue in the New York City area. This full-time position focuses on managing and expanding accounts for our AI agent platform.

About the Role

As Commercial Account Manager at LangChain, you'll be the primary point of contact for our enterprise and mid-market customers in the Northeast. You'll own the full lifecycle of account growth—from onboarding and expansion to retention and strategic partnership development. This role combines account management, solution selling, and customer advocacy to help teams successfully deploy and scale AI agents using LangChain's platform.

Core Duties

• Manage assigned accounts with a focus on customer success, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Conduct regular business reviews to understand customer goals and align LangChain's platform capabilities with their needs
• Partner with sales and product teams to close expansion deals and support new customer deployments
• Serve as the trusted advisor to customers on best practices for agent engineering and platform adoption
• Communicate customer feedback and market insights back to internal teams to inform product and strategy decisions
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of enterprise or mid-market account management, sales development, or customer success experience
• Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts through relationship building and consultative selling
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS platforms, developer tools, or AI/ML products—or demonstrated ability to quickly learn technical concepts
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills and experience with CRM platforms
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
