About the Role

• Assist the manager in opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory replenishment.

• Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.

• Help schedule shifts, track attendance, and communicate store goals to the team.
