Interim FP&A Transformation Lead

Interim FP&A Transformation Lead at Eliassen Group in Mongmong, Mongmong-Toto-Maite is a full‑time consulting position that partners with a global finance organization in the AgTech industry to drive finance transformation initiatives.

About the Role

In this interim leadership role you will guide the design and execution of FP&A process improvements, help implement modern planning tools, and ensure alignment between finance strategy and business objectives. The assignment is based onsite in Mongmong and reports directly to the client’s finance leadership team.

What You'll Do

• Assess current FP&A operating models and identify opportunities for increased efficiency and insight.
• Lead the redesign of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to support agile decision‑making.
• Partner with business unit leaders to translate strategic goals into financial plans and performance metrics.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of FP&A technology platforms, including data integration and user training.
• Develop standardized templates, controls, and governance frameworks that enhance consistency across the organization.
• Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to finance analysts and managers to sustain improvements after the engagement ends.
• Deliver regular status updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, milestones, and value‑added outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading FP&A transformation projects for multinational corporations, preferably in AgTech, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with hands‑on expertise in budgeting cycles and forecasting methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement EPM or CPM solutions (e.g., OneStream, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing C‑suite executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities, comfortable translating complex financial concepts into clear business insights.
• Capacity to work independently in a consulting environment while adapting quickly to new organizational cultures.
