About the Role

This full‑time position supports students with diverse learning needs in a setting that offers small class sizes, evidence‑based practices, and a strengths‑focused philosophy. You will work alongside behavior analysts, therapists, and other specialists to create inclusive learning experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with state standards and each student’s goals.
• Apply applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and positive behavior supports to foster skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Conduct ongoing assessments, collect data, and adjust instructional strategies based on student progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, speech‑language pathologists, occupational therapists, and families.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and compliance documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in professional development, team meetings, and school‑wide initiatives that promote a supportive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience working with students who have emotional, behavioral, or developmental differences.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and positive behavior intervention strategies.
