Role Overview

The Sr. Experience Manager position offers an opportunity to lead the design and execution of customer experience strategies that directly impact revenue, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You'll work cross-functionally to identify customer needs, develop actionable approaches, and oversee the implementation of initiatives that enhance how customers engage with Insight Global at each stage of their relationship with us.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and refine customer experience strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing experience improvements across the full customer lifecycle
• Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer pain points and translate insights into strategic initiatives
• Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to drive measurable business outcomes
• Champion customer-centric thinking across departments and influence organizational decision-making

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record managing customer experience programs or leading related teams
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect customer needs with business priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions
• Project management experience and comfort leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping and experience design best practices
