About the Role

As a Caregiver and Home Health Aide with BrightSpring Health Services, you'll provide direct support to clients across Iowa and Calcasieu Parish in the settings they know best: their own homes. This part-time position centers on building meaningful relationships while enabling clients to maintain their independence and quality of life through consistent, attentive care.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living and personal care tasks
• Support clients with mobility, household support, and other needs specific to their situation
• Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families
• Maintain clear communication and documentation with care coordinators and supervising nurses
• Work flexible part-time hours that accommodate your schedule and life commitments
