About the Role

As a Bar Back at Holeman and Finch Public House, you are the operational backbone of our bar. Your efficiency and attention to detail directly enable our bartenders to focus on craft and hospitality. You'll work in a dynamic gastropub atmosphere where precision, speed, and teamwork are valued every shift.

• Stock, organize, and maintain bar glassware, bottles, tools, and supplies
• Prepare mise en place including fresh juices, house-made syrups, infusions, and garnishes
• Wash, inspect, and sanitize glassware and bar equipment to rigorous standards
• Monitor inventory and flag restocking needs to management
• Support bartenders with drink execution, garnishing, and presentation
• Keep the bar station clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety codes
• Execute opening and closing duties efficiently
