About the Role

As an Oncology Sales Representative, you'll work within Merck's customer-centric oncology division, where data analytics and emerging digital technologies inform how we understand and serve healthcare provider needs. You'll build deep partnerships with oncologists, infusion centers, and hospital cancer programs while promoting a portfolio designed to improve patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with oncology practices, medical centers, and cancer treatment facilities throughout your territory
• Present clinical evidence and product benefits to physicians and healthcare decision-makers
• Manage territory accounts to drive adoption and sustained engagement
• Collaborate across marketing, medical education, and patient support teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Stay informed on oncology advances, competitive developments, and healthcare policy changes
• Support providers and patients through education and access initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Sales experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage territories and develop accounts
• Knowledge of oncology or clinical healthcare settings (preferred)
• Capacity to quickly master complex medical information
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional sales background
• Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
