About the Role
The Chief of Staff, Strategy is a high-impact position where you'll serve as the strategic arm of the Chief Strategy Officer across Holganix's Ag, HGX, and Horizons platforms. You'll translate strategic vision into executable initiatives, operating at the intersection of business development, product alignment, and organizational priorities. This role requires independent judgment, sophisticated analytical thinking, and the ability to influence outcomes across the entire company.
What You'll Do
- Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer to develop, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that shape company direction and growth
- Coordinate cross-functional strategy work among business, product, and operational teams to drive alignment and impact
- Conduct strategic analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform long-term value creation
- Lead special strategic projects and initiatives that advance organizational priorities
- Facilitate communication and strategic alignment between executive leadership and functional teams
- Manage key partnerships and stakeholder relationships at the executive level
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic advisor, or similar senior strategic leadership role
