About the Role
As the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator at our Peoria senior living community, you'll lead the design and delivery of engaging programming that reflects our commitment to helping older adults live their best lives. You'll oversee daily and special enrichment activities, work with residents to understand their interests, and foster a vibrant community that embraces social connection, learning, creativity, and wellness.
What You'll Do
- Plan and facilitate daily and weekly social, recreational, educational, and spiritual activities
- Coordinate wellness initiatives including physical activities, arts and crafts, and cultural events
- Assess resident preferences and abilities to create personalized enrichment opportunities
- Maintain activity schedules, records, and participation documentation
- Partner with care team members to integrate enrichment into comprehensive resident support
- Engage families and community partners in activities and programming
- Monitor program outcomes and refine offerings based on resident satisfaction and feedback
