About the Role

As Marketing & Growth Lead, you'll own strategy and execution across all marketing channels. Working directly with our Founder and CEO, you'll develop and launch data-driven campaigns that attract users, deepen product engagement, and build lasting brand affinity. This hands-on position requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution—from campaign conception through performance analysis.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies targeting user acquisition, retention, and viral growth
• Create engaging content for social media, web, email, and in-app channels that resonates with our target audience
• Design and optimize campaigns that build brand awareness and drive measurable user engagement
• Partner closely with the CEO and core team to align marketing efforts with product development and business goals
• Track, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data to inform strategy refinement and resource allocation
• Identify and manage partnerships with external agencies, influencers, and marketing vendors
• Scale marketing operations and establish processes as the company grows

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of marketing or growth experience at early-stage startups or consumer technology companies
• Demonstrated success launching user acquisition campaigns with measurable results
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize accordingly
• Proven experience creating content and managing campaigns across multiple digital platforms
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly in a resource-constrained startup setting
• Genuine enthusiasm for consumer social products and how communities share and connect
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions
