Canopy Careers is hiring a Canopy Anywhere Hope Coach for a full-time, remote position serving families throughout the Swiftwater, Washington County region of Mississippi. About the Role

As a Hope Coach with Canopy Anywhere, you'll provide direct, compassionate mentorship and coaching to children and families navigating behavioral health challenges and life transitions. Working remotely, you'll build meaningful relationships, inspire hope, and connect families with the resources, services, and opportunities they need to heal, grow, and achieve their goals.

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized coaching and mentorship to children and families, building on strengths and fostering resilience
• Help families identify goals, overcome barriers, and develop action plans for meaningful change
• Connect clients with behavioral health services, educational programs, and community resources
• Document progress and collaborate with clinical, educational, and support teams
• Maintain professional relationships and apply evidence-based coaching and mentoring practices
• Support families in building self-sufficiency and sustainable positive outcomes
• Participate in professional development and training to strengthen coaching skills

What We're Looking For

• Genuine, heartfelt commitment to supporting children and families through adversity
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trust and rapport
• Experience or education in behavioral health, social services, education, or a related field (or meaningful lived experience)
• Ability to listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and adapt your approach to each person's needs
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated, quiet workspace for remote coaching
• Reliability, professionalism, and comfort working with diverse populations
• High school diploma or GED; relevant certifications or advanced training a plus
