About the Role

As an Expert Designer within the Jordan Global Design team, you'll lead creative initiatives that combine visual storytelling with purposeful design strategy. You'll work at the intersection of athletic heritage, contemporary culture, and innovative design, developing concepts and executions that resonate with global audiences. Your role is to push creative boundaries while maintaining design excellence and brand consistency.

What You'll Do

• Direct graphic design strategy and creative vision for Jordan brand campaigns, products, and experiences
• Develop original concepts, visual systems, and design solutions that reflect Jordan's cultural significance and market position
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and creative partners to translate strategic direction into compelling visual work
• Lead design presentations and defend creative choices with strategic insight and cultural awareness
• Set design standards and mentor team members on craft, innovation, and brand expression
• Stay informed on design trends, cultural movements, and competitive landscape to inform strategic recommendations
