About the Role

As Manager of National Video Investment, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of video and programmatic media strategies across client portfolios. Working within Ovative Group's collaborative culture, you'll combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to drive measurable business results and build long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute national video and programmatic media strategies that align with client objectives and market opportunities
• Manage media budgets, negotiate with vendors and platform partners, and optimize allocation across channels and formats
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with creative, measurement, and client service teams to ensure cohesive, integrated media solutions
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in programmatic and video advertising
• Present findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and strategic perspective
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to team knowledge and capabilities
