Join ProCare Therapy as a full-time Special Education Teacher in Phoenix, Arizona, serving students in a K–8 educational setting. We're seeking two dedicated educators to support learners with diverse needs in our dynamic classroom environment.
About the Role
As a Special Education Teacher at ProCare Therapy in the Phoenix area, you'll work in a collaborative K–8 setting designed to help students reach their full potential. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student outcomes while growing as an educator in a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's strengths and needs
- Deliver specialized instruction across academic and adaptive skill areas

- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to ensure coordinated support

- Document student achievement, maintain compliance records, and participate in IEP meetings
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Special Education
- Active, valid Special Education Teacher license
- Minimum one year of professional experience as a Special Education Teacher
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based teaching practices
- Ability to work effectively with diverse learners and families
