As a Lead Sales Associate at our Bogue Chitto store, you'll be the backbone of our sales floor and customer experience. You'll balance direct customer interactions with inventory management, maintain high store standards, and support fellow team members. You must be 21 years of age or older to qualify.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly assistance throughout the store
- Process sales transactions at the register with speed and accuracy
- Stock shelves, maintain displays, and organize merchandise to maximize visual appeal
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, safe, and well-organized
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product information to customers
