About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside our store leadership team to keep operations running smoothly and ensure our customers receive excellent service every time they visit. This is a full-time position where you'll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day success of the store.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and support store associates, providing direction on customer service standards and operational procedures
• Assist with store opening and closing routines, including cash handling and security protocols
• Monitor inventory levels, merchandise displays, and stock rotation to maintain product availability
• Help train new and existing team members on company policies, processes, and sales techniques
• Support the store manager in meeting sales goals and executing promotional campaigns
• Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and safe for customers and employees
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate records as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a diverse team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store operations
• Reliable transportation to get to our Lynn location
