What You'll Do
- Safely operate flatbed trucks to deliver freight on schedule
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintenance, and safety checks
- Properly secure and balance cargo using appropriate techniques
- Maintain detailed logbooks and shipping documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch and customer locations
- Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations and company safety protocols
- Report mechanical issues and vehicle maintenance needs promptly
What We're Looking For
- Current Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- Verifiable flatbed or general trucking experience
- Clean driving history and passing background verification
- Strong safety mindset and professional conduct
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Reliable availability—including weekends for home time
- Excellent customer service communication skills
Pay and Benefits
- Guaranteed minimum of $1,200 per week, plus eligibility for bonus pay
- $1,500 onboarding signing bonus, plus an additional $1,100 after completing orientation training
- Regularly scheduled time off to spend with family
- Predictable weekly routes designed to get you home most weekends
