About the Role

This full-time flatbed position comes with a $2,600 onboarding pay package — $1,500 at signing followed by an additional $1,100 upon completing orientation. Once you're rolling, you'll earn a $1,200 guaranteed weekly minimum plus bonus opportunities. What You'll Do

• Transport flatbed freight safely and on schedule across assigned lanes
• Secure loads using straps, chains, binders, and other equipment per DOT standards
• Tarp and untarp loads as required to protect cargo in transit
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your tractor and trailer
• Maintain accurate electronic logs in compliance with FMCSA hours-of-service regulations
• Coordinate with dispatch on load status, delays, and delivery updates
• Represent Boyd Bros. with professionalism and a commitment to safety at every stop

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean motor vehicle record
• Ability to meet DOT physical and regulatory requirements
• Experience with flatbed operations, load securement, and tarping (preferred)
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and professional accountability
• Commitment to safe driving practices on every run
