About the Role
As a Flatbed Truck Driver based out of Kinston, Lenoir County, you will move freight safely and on schedule while representing a carrier known for respect, reliability, and a commitment to doing the job right. This is a full-time, on-the-road position with a structure designed to keep your weekends free and your paychecks predictable.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a flatbed tractor-trailer to transport freight safely and on time.
- Secure, tarp, and inspect loads in line with safety and compliance standards.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required documentation.
- Maintain professional, courteous service with customers and partners along each route.
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations every mile.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A commercial driver's license.
- Comfortable with flatbed work, including loading, securing, and tarping freight.
- Strong safety record and a dependable, accountable approach to the road.
- Willing and able to meet the demands of a full-time over-the-road schedule.
Compensation & Schedule
- $2,600 in onboarding pay: $1,500 paid at sign-on, plus $1,100 paid after orientation.
- $1,200 weekly minimum, plus bonus opportunities tied to your miles.
- Home every weekend, so you can rest and recharge between hauls.
