JK Consultants is seeking a VP of Business Development – Integrated Facility Services to lead revenue growth and enterprise client acquisition for our Mount Air headquarters. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role focused on building our footprint in the facility services market.
About the Role
As Vice President of Business Development, you'll own the entire sales pipeline and revenue strategy for our integrated facility management solutions. You'll drive enterprise-level relationships with corporate, industrial, and institutional clients across regional and national markets, positioning our janitorial, mechanical, and facility services offerings as the preferred managed-services partner. This role demands a direct, results-focused approach to business capture and account growth.
What You'll Do
- Identify, pursue, and close contracts with mid-market and enterprise accounts in commercial, industrial, and institutional verticals
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with company capabilities and market opportunity
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, with accountability for revenue targets and deal velocity
- Lead contract negotiations and terms structuring for complex service agreements
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and account relationships that generate repeat business and upsell potential
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention post-sale
- Represent JK Consultants in industry events and networking opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record leading enterprise sales in facility services, building services, or B2B managed services
- Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers
- Deep understanding of commercial facility management services, procurement practices, and client pain points
- Experience building sales strategies and closing large-value contracts
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business development, or operations
