Because this is structured as a travel assignment, candidates must maintain a primary residence located at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop tailored outpatient physical therapy treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, exercises, and manual techniques to support recovery and functional improvement.
- Track patient progress, adjust care strategies, and document outcomes accurately.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, home exercise routines, and injury prevention.
- Coordinate with the broader Copley Health Systems care team to ensure cohesive, high-quality treatment.
Qualifications
- An active Vermont physical therapy license in good standing.
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Any additional certifications relevant to outpatient physical therapy practice.
- A minimum of two years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
- A primary residence at least 50 miles from the facility, as required for this travel assignment.
