What You'll Do Identify, pursue, and close contracts with mid-market and enterprise accounts in commercial, industrial, and institutional verticals Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with company capabilities and market opportunity Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities, with accountability for revenue targets and deal velocity Lead contract negotiations and terms structuring for complex service agreements Cultivate strategic partnerships and account relationships that generate repeat business and upsell potential Collaborate with operations, finance, and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention post-sale Represent JK Consultants in industry events and networking opportunities What We're Looking For Proven track record leading enterprise sales in facility services, building services, or B2B managed services Strong ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers Deep understanding of commercial facility management services, procurement practices, and client pain points Experience building sales strategies and closing large-value contracts Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Self-motivated with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business development, or operations About JK Consultants JK Consultants is an integrated facility services provider delivering self-performed and managed-services solutions in janitorial, mechanical, and facility management to corporate clients nationwide.
