Account Executive, CoStar Data & Analytics – The Triad, NC (Greensboro, Winston-Salem or High Point)

Join CoStar Realty Information, Inc. as an Account Executive specializing in data and analytics solutions. This is a full-time position based in the Triad area of North Carolina, serving the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point markets from our Guilford County office.

About the Role

You'll drive growth for CoStar's data and analytics offerings across the Triad region, connecting commercial and residential real estate professionals with industry-leading intelligence tools that power smarter business decisions. This role combines relationship building, consultative selling, and market expertise in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the Southeast.

What You'll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and residential real estate sectors in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point
• Build trusted relationships with property managers, brokers, investors, and real estate professionals
• Master CoStar's analytics and data products and clearly communicate their value to prospect needs
• Deliver product demonstrations and present analytics solutions to decision-makers
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure and onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and long-term retention
• Develop deep market knowledge of the Triad's commercial and residential real estate landscape

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly in real estate, technology, or data services
• Ability to quickly grasp complex products and translate them into client solutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Genuine enthusiasm for real estate markets and industry trends
• Self-directed approach to territory management and pipeline development
• Familiarity with the Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or High Point markets preferred
