Lead a mission-driven Catholic college-preparatory school as the next President & CEO at Providence Cristo Rey High School, part of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis in Eagle Creek, Marion County. This is a full-time, on-site executive leadership opportunity for a visionary committed to transforming the lives of young people through faith and education.

About the Role

As President & CEO, you will provide strategic, spiritual, and operational leadership for Providence Cristo Rey High School in Indianapolis, Indiana — one of 41 schools in the national Cristo Rey Network. The school pairs a rigorous academic program with a distinctive Corporate Work Study model, preparing students of widely varying intellectual abilities for success in college, career, and life. You will champion the school's Catholic identity while guiding its long-term vision and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and advance the institutional vision, strategy, and mission of the school
• Uphold and strengthen the school's Catholic identity and the values of the Cristo Rey Network
• Oversee academic excellence, supported by best practices in instruction and assessment
• Lead fundraising, community partnerships, and corporate work-study relationships
• Manage operations, budgeting, and overall financial health
• Build and inspire a team of educators, administrators, and staff

Qualifications

• Proven executive or senior leadership experience, ideally within education or a mission-based organization
• A genuine commitment to Catholic education and the Cristo Rey mission of serving students of all backgrounds
• Strong skills in strategic planning, financial stewardship, and organizational management
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, development, and cultivating community relationships
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative leadership style
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Eagle Creek, Marion County
