Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC/LCSW/LMFT)

LifeStance Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our clinical team in Shelbyville, Shelby County. What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and psychological assessments to establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and care coordinators, to support integrated patient care
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment interventions as needed, and prepare discharge summaries
• Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development

What We're Looking For

• Valid, unrestricted license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in Kentucky or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated clinical experience in mental health assessment and treatment
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and client-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based healthcare environment
• Professional judgment and ethical practice consistent with licensing board standards
