About the Role
You'll lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for our Radiation Joint-Ventures portfolio. This is a hands-on management position where you'll own the numbers that shape strategy, working closely with clinical operations, business development, and corporate finance teams across our healthcare ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, budgets, and multi-year forecasts for radiation services joint ventures
- Conduct variance analysis and deep-dive cost modeling to identify efficiency opportunities and profitability drivers
- Prepare financial reports, scorecards, and dashboards for executive leadership and joint-venture partners
- Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to align financial targets with operational performance
- Lead ad-hoc financial analyses supporting strategic initiatives, M&A due diligence, and business case development
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of financial planning, business analysis, or controllership experience in healthcare, medical services, or a regulated industry
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of healthcare economics, cost structures, and reimbursement models (a plus: radiation oncology or medical services background)
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort with forecasting methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
